The 14th century: the Town Charter

The Town Fayre

The culmination of the Topsham Heritage Year 2000 will be the Town Fayre, a week of celebrations including sporting activities, music, dancing, street entertainment and party, an international town crier's competition, a carnival procession and the unveiling of a plaque to commemorate the 700th anniversary of the granting of the Town Charter.
